  •  If service elevator is not available at the Villa or a building where the movement is taking place, up to 1 Availability of Service Elevators floor will be covered by the moving crew. 2nd, 3rd and above follow will be charged at an additional cost.
  • Every caution is taken to ensure that there are no damages to any furniture or any articles which are being moved by Damage Protection Le-voyage. In the unlikely event of any damage due to any negligence of the moving crew, we will repair the damaged item but will not replace it with a new one. In any scenario the repair damage cost will not exceed 50% of the total invoice value. If any customer has antique item Please specify and get insured as well.
  • We understand if there are any changes in the job plan. If advised, more than 48 hours before the job date, the Cancellation Policy cancellation will be free of cost and any advance payments made will refunded. If the cancellation is done less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours then a cancellation charge of 50% will be apply. If the job is cancelled less than 24 hours from the job date, Le-voyage will not refund any advance payment received.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that proper move-in and move-out documents are cleared with the Job Permissions respective management. In case of any delay or cancellation due to the non-availability of such permissions and documents, Le-voyage can charge the customer as applicable policy.
  • Invoice has the details of the man power as well as trucks and packaging details outlining the Additional Truck/Material Requirements scope of the work. In case of any additional trucks required and/or material for the job. Le-voyage will be charging as per the applicable scope of work.
  • Any unconditional occurrence, company will follow the Rules and Policies under the UAE Law.
